Ken Foskett of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution investigations team, Jim Zachary, CNHI deputy national editor, and First Amendment attorney Tom Clyde, partner at Kilpatrick Townsend, will explain how to:

- Use public records to find out about government operations at all levels

- Challenge agencies and officials who don’t comply with open government laws
